Terms of service

A dedicated physical Mac, network access for the term, a preinstalled environment and remote access support. Model, region, term and price are confirmed in writing after your request.

The machine is yours alone for the term and you hold admin rights: install software and change configuration as you need.

The term starts on delivery day; waiting time between payment and delivery does not count. Delivery is normally 3–7 days after payment, 7–15 days at peak.

Renew three days before the end to keep the same machine. Without renewal the machine stops and is wiped at the end of the term.

Do not use the machine for anything that breaks local law or the upstream provider's policies, including reselling or sharing access, reverse proxying, bulk harvesting, mining or attacking other systems.

Suspensions, line termination or machine reclaim caused by prohibited use are excluded from warranty and refunds.

We provide the machine, the network and a preinstalled environment only. Claude, Apple ID, GitHub and every other account are registered, signed in and managed by you; we never open, hold or manage them, and we keep no credentials.

Account problems caused by upstream risk checks, policy changes or your own usage are outside the service and outside the hardware and line cover.

The machine is dedicated to you and we do not read your files. Troubleshooting access requires your authorisation.

Back up before the term ends or before a reset; data cannot be recovered after a wipe.

We are responsible for hardware, line and preinstalled environment availability, and restore or replace failures under the support policy, adding lost days to the term.

We are not liable for indirect losses caused by force majeure, upstream policy changes or your own usage.
