1. What we collect
The name, contact handle (WeChat / Telegram / email), plan and region you submit, plus anything you choose to add.
Basic technical data when you visit: page URL, referrer parameters and browser type, used for channel attribution and debugging.
2. Why
Only to answer this request, quote, deliver and support. We do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing, and we never sell or trade them.
3. Retention
Leads and order details are kept for 12 months after the service ends for support traceability. You can ask for deletion at any time; we action it within 7 business days.
4. Data on the machine
The machine is dedicated to you and we do not inspect content. Troubleshooting access needs your authorisation and stays within the minimum scope. Machines are wiped at the end of the term.
5. Third parties
Payments are handled by a third-party processor; we never see your card number. Infrastructure and notification providers process the data above only as needed to run the service.
