Can I rent one now? How long is the wait?
Tashkent and Almaty are in stock, delivered 3–7 days after payment. Samarkand has limited stock; Shymkent and Astana are queued in request order, 7–15 days at peak. Requesting is free; you pay after the setup and price are confirmed.
Is it a real Mac or a virtual machine?
A physical Mac mini, dedicated to you, with admin rights. Not a shared cloud desktop and not a VM slice. Each machine has its own fibre line and its IP is not shared with other customers.
How is this different from a datacenter cloud Mac?
Datacenter Macs egress from hosting IPs; an ipinfo lookup shows hosting. We connect over local consumer fibre so the egress is a residential IP, which is what localisation and local platform checks actually see.
Are Claude or Apple accounts included?
No. We rent the machine and the network only; every account is yours: Claude, Apple ID, GitHub. We preinstall Claude Code, Xcode and Homebrew so the machine is ready on delivery.
What is the latency from where I am?
Roughly 78 ms to Almaty, 105 ms to Shymkent, 112 ms to Tashkent, 125 ms to Samarkand and 145 ms to Astana from mainland China consumer broadband (median reference). Claude Code, terminals and a VNC desktop are comfortable at that.
Does the residential IP change?
Yes. The local carrier assigns it dynamically, usually every few days to a few weeks, and we notify you of the new address. If you need a stable egress, tell us before delivery and we can arrange one.
Is my code and data safe?
The machine is dedicated to you; only you and whoever holds admin rights can access it. We do not read your files, and troubleshooting access needs your authorisation. The machine is wiped at the end of the term, so back up first.
Can I install my own software and open ports?
Yes. You have admin rights: install, reconfigure and run services as you like. For public access, put your own tunnel or Tailscale in front.
How do I pay? Can I get an invoice?
Online payment (cards and Alipay) or company transfer. VAT invoices are available with tax added. Multi-machine and long-term deals can be put under contract.
Can I cancel any time? What is the minimum term?
One month minimum, rented by the month; when the term ends it stops. No deposit, no auto-renewal. A started term is normally non-refundable; long hardware or line outages are handled under the cover terms.
